They jumped, tumbled, and somersaulted until class was over, all the while looking awfully adorable in their cute, pink leotards.
When I started getting the kids dressed again so we could head back for the car, I realized that we were missing a pair of pants. Madison was quick to point out the missing pants were must be Olivia's, so Maddie
We searched high and low but could not find Olivia's pants. We even had extra help from several families from school who were at the Y, but the pants never turned up. Before you ask, it is fun to look so disheveled in front of parents who trust you to teach their kids each day!
After much searching, I decided to throw in the towel and accept the fact that her pants were not turning up anywhere. So, I threw on her coat and boots and we headed out into the elements...skinny chicken legs all nice and exposed!
Olivia, of course, thought it was hysterical that she got to go out in the "fwee-zin" cold weather without pants. She also loved that she got carried to the car and that I tried to keep her bundled up inside of my coat too.
Thank you though to the kind mother in the parking lot that felt it necessary to comment on how ridiculous it was to have a small child with bare legs outside in the cold. Is it terrible that I want to "accidentally" misplace her kid's pants next week to watch her in action when she's faced with the same situation??? : )

How in the world do we lose clothes items?!?!? Of course this same thing has not happened to me personally, but on numerous occasions I have lost some type of clothing! Crazy!
btw- don't you love how people are so fast to judge!
What a hoot!! i can totally see that happening, and I know which one of my skinny chicken-legged girl would be the one sans pants. ALSO my pink girl, because purple girl would "wisely" grab the available clothing and throw her sis under the bus.
