1. The surgeon at Cleveland Clinic that did such great work on Steve's surgery this week
2. Anesthesia and pain killers...both of which REALLY came in handy throughout the past few days

6. Fabulous neighbors
7. All natural fruit Popsicles...especially the raspberries ones
