Let the Summer Begin!

Another school year has come and gone...leaving me with yet another summer to be home with my girls!  We spent our first "school-free" weekend visiting my family up in Buffalo.  It was the perfect weekend and we got to spend lots of time with my whole family...including my dad who also happened to be in town for the weekend.  If the rest of my summer is half as great as this past weekend, then I'll be a happy camper come August!

"Cousin" Jennie with Olivia and Madison
The girls with Grandma Cindy
My flower child, Olivia
LoLo and Grumpa
Bubble blowing Madison

As is customary for the start of my summers...my to-do lists are three miles long!  I have my lists of "fun" things I want to do with the girls, lists of learning activities we are doing to practice letters/numbers/colors/names/etc., lists of things that need to get done around the house, and lists of things I need to work on to get ready for next school year.  Steve keeps questioning where "relax and enjoy the summer" falls on my lists, but I keep assuring him that I'll fit that in there...somewhere!

Until next time...

Maybe we could hire those two "idiots" out to chase geese away at any golf course with a geese problem! It looks like a good job for them. Those geese looked scared to me.
