Who Named YOU?

Olivia's latest obsession is with peoples' names. Everywhere we go she is constantly asking,

"What's his name?"

"What's her middle name?"

"Why is that his last name?"

"Who gave her that name?"

She's especially interested in our names and why we have them. She loves hearing about how Madison's middle name is Brielle so that we can remember our guardian angel Brielle, who is up in heaven. She thinks it's cool that she and her Aunt Krissy share the same middle name. She'll tell anyone who will listen to her that I used to be called Heather Kaiser, but then I married her Daddy and now I'm Heather Kaiser Wright.

But my favorite came today as we were driving in the car. For arguably the hundredth time she asked who named her Olivia. And for the hundredth time I reminded her that her dad and I named her Olivia.

She responded, "Yeah, you did. And Grandma Cindy named you Heather and God named you Mommy."

So very, very true...
