Snowy Days

It has been cold and snowy the past few days, and the girls and I have been home with TWO snow days in a row.  Since the wind chill has temperatures outside feeling like they are below zero, we've been keeping ourselves busy inside where it's nice and toasty warm!

Yesterday we....
made yummy cake balls,

cooked two pots of soup (Italian sausage with tortellini and chicken noodle...both perfect for these frigid days),
cut and colored cards for friends,
built things with modeling clay,
made Christmas ornaments for grandparents, great grandparents, uncles, aunts, and Godparents,
and wrapped presents for family and friends (and then lined them up around the base of the Christmas tree).

Now it's time to see what the rest of today will hold!  Stay warm, wherever you are!

Thanks for the blog comment :o). Your girls are beautiful x2!! Olivia was on my list for a girl's name with my daughter :o). I was nice and compromised with my (now ex) husband. I'm sure I'll be back to visit your blog!
