Every once in a blue moon, my culinary abilities amaze me. Or maybe it's the Pioneer Woman's abilities, because it was HER recipe after all. All I did was follow some simple directions.
But WOW, WOW, WOW! I just made the YUMMIEST breakfast...
Homemade, completely-created-from-scratch (dough and all!), yummy-in-your-tummy, ooey- gooey CINNAMON ROLLS!
Seriously, these things were heavenly and I highly recommend you try them. I was a little intimidated by the thought of making my own dough, but (once I figured out how to scald milk) it wasn't hard to do at all.
If you have free time or are in the mood to try cinnamon rolls that are "the best cinnamon rolls ever...even better than that cinnabon stuff" (thanks grandma!), you should check out Pioneer Woman's recipe. I didn't use quite as much butter as the recipe calls for and used some brown sugar for the filling (thanks for the suggestion New England Girl), but otherwise I mostly stuck to the recipe.

Some of the finished product...the recipe makes 6-7 pans of rolls and they are perfect for sharing with friends and family!

Mmm...I've made these before, although I had "helpers" and it didn't turn out quite as share-able as yours! Picture perfect! Awesome job!
