An End to a Great Year...

2008 was quite a year for our family! The girls have changed from cute, cuddly babies, into cute, cuddly TODDLERS. Yikes! As a family, we moved from our 100 year old "starter home" and are now comfortable and settled into our much newer home. We have watched several dear friends get married and several other have children. It has been a great year!

Today, as we get ready to ring in the New Year, we are looking forward to a quiet evening at home. Some great friends will stop by throughout the evening to celebrate with us, but Steve and I are really looking forward to spending the evening at home with our girls. We aren't starting any major new traditions this year, but I have a few things up my sleeve to start with the girls as they get a little older. But I guess you'll have to wait at least another year to find out what those will be!

Farewell to 2008. It was an amazing year in which my family was blessed in too many ways to count. Although I'm sad to end this great year, I'm eagerly awaiting what 2009 has to offer. If it's half as great as this past year, I'll be truly blessed!
