Dancing Queens

Back in June, Maddie and Livie took part in a week-long dance camp at our local YMCA.  They spent each morning of the week learning different types of dance and then the week culminated with a performance for parents and grandparents. 

I must say, it was really cute and the kids had a blast all week long.  It was interesting to see them interacting with all of the other kids and seeing the different ability levels between the kids.  Their class was made up of kids ages 3-5.   The 4-5 year olds in the class did pretty well with the performance.  The three year olds?  Let's just say they were more of a work in progress!  Staring-at-the-audience, sometimes-not-moving, occasionally-nose-picking, works in progress, that is!!!  (But so very, very cute!)
