Boy, my summer sure is flying by WAY too quickly. It's so hard to believe that it's already the middle of August. What on earth happened to July? I think somewhere between play dates and trips to the park, I may have caught a glimpse of it...but it was a brief glimpse. Much too brief.

Hmm...me lounging in the hammock, sipping iced tea and watching the kids play. Perhaps I have located PART of July.

In the midst of the summer disappearing into thin air, I have turned into a bit of a blog slacker. Sitting on my camera are literally over a hundred pictures that are desperately crying out, "Upload me. Will someone please upload me?"

Pictures from Hall of Fame parades, hot air balloons that landed in our neighborhood, tributes to people who recently hit the big five-0...

"Upload me. UPLOAD ME!", I can hear them begging.

And I will.
